freelancer-rate.com ("we") sells novelty digital items through The Museum of Dumb Ideas. By buying you agree to these terms.

Parody / novelty, no real value

Every item is a joke, a parody or a novelty. Leaderboard spots, homepage ownership, pixels, titles, receipts, gems, certificates and counters have no monetary, legal, investment or resale value, confer no rights, and are not securities, deeds or registrations of any kind.

Delivery

Items are digital and delivered automatically on the confirmation page immediately after payment. Nothing physical is shipped.

Displayed content

Names, labels and links you submit pass an automatic filter and must not be offensive, illegal, misleading, sexual, hateful or infringing. Items you buy in pay-to-win exhibits can be outranked or replaced by later buyers by design; that is the product. We may automatically or otherwise remove content that breaks these rules, without refund.

Prices

Prices are shown in USD before checkout and charged by Stripe. Some prices rise automatically after each sale (for example, last price + 10%).

Liability

Items are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
