All items are digital goods delivered instantly and automatically. By completing checkout you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once delivered, you lose any statutory right to withdraw where the law allows this.

Because items are delivered at once and cannot be returned, sales are final, except: if you were charged but nothing was delivered, or you were charged twice, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us with your order number. Being outbid, outranked or replaced by a later buyer is the intended behaviour and is not grounds for a refund.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
